На основе оценки годовой потребности в льноволокне и показателях развития отрасли в рамках Государственной программы на долгосрочную перспективу выявлены основные направления развития льнопродуктового подкомплекса. В перспективе устойчивое развитие льнопродуктового подкомплекса должно базироваться на использовании инновационных подходов в производстве, внедрении высокоурожайных сортов льна, технологий переработки льна-долгунца, сохранении рационального размещения производства, росте урожайности и выхода высококачественной продукции. The work purpose is to investigate a condition of flax sub complex of Russia on the basis of the analysis of dynamics of the acreage occupied under linen crops in regions of the country, to give an assessment to resource and material security of branch on production of a flax, to analyse forms of the state federal and regional support of production of a flax in Russia. Since the beginning of carrying out reforms in Russia the tendency of reduction of acreage of fiber flax was created. During the analysis system shortcomings of branch of flax production are revealed: certain deficiency and poor quality of sowing material; wear of agricultural machinery, simplification of technology; decline in quality of fiber because of a harvest shortage; reduction of the amount of the state support. Organizational and technological stability of the agricultural organizations, effective use of resource capacity of branch is necessary for sustainable development of lean production. On the basis of assessment of annual need for a flax fiber and indicators of development of branch within the State program for a long-term outlook the main directions of development of flax sub complex are revealed. In the long term sustainable development of flax sub complex has to be based on use of innovations in production, introduction of high-yielding grades of a flax, technologies of processing of a fiber flax, preservation of rational placement of production, growth of productivity and an exit of high-quality production.
